Pinellas Bayway Trail
 

Another Beautiful Sunday in Paradise. It was a pretty nice day. Bladers/Bicyclers (back left)Steve G, Giorgia J, Dee T, Rob H, Tommy M, (front left) Jeff B, Darlene B, Lech O, Bruce M and Glennis W (not in picture) came. Welcome all. We had not done this trail in two years so we discussed the possible variations. It was decided to do the planned route and possibly the monster bridge over the inland waterway. I was leading and just decided to keep on going at the monster bridge until we reached the top to rest/ca-lapse. About three fourths the way up the bridge I experienced why it was called the monster bridge. All rested/recovered, came back down and did the Isla Del Sol, Escondida Blvd S, Bayway Isles and Marina Bay. We tried to do the Eckerd Collage Campus but the campus was closed. None the less we managed to do 13.7 miles. We had 9 bicyclers and one blader.

We Brunched at Skyway Jacks as planned. We got in fairly quickly and seated at two tables. The service was good, the coffee flowed freely and the food good as usual.
