Fort Desoto

Another Beautiful Sunday in Paradise. Bladers/Bicyclers (left) Steve G, Carol J, Deanna G, Rob H, Dee T, Jim F, Linda C, Nick S, Lady Statue, Bruce M, Wilma F, Dan C, Roy H, Kim & Joel F came. Welcome all. We discussed our route and decided to go South first and do Ocean Dr. Then do Paradise Key and Pine Key. While we were at Pine Key we could check out the newly built Island Grille and Raw Bar we planned to Brunch at. It was a lovely day and after we took a group picture with the children, we stopped at several Statue Mailboxes and took a group picture. Kim & Joel joined us a little late and missed the group picture with the children. Almost all did the 11 mile round trip. Roy did a couple extra miles and Joel and Kim did a little less. We had 3 Bladers and 11 Bicyclers.
 
We Brunched at the Island Grille as planned. We got right in and seated at two tables. We had a waiter for one table and a waitress for the other table. The table with the waiter got normal service and the table with the waitress got very slow service. However the food was very good at both tables. We decided to give the Island Grille a 9.8. It appears the Island Grille at its new location adds the gratuity to your bill. They did for us today.
