This Site is operated by SkateTampa.com and materials on the Site are owned, for the most part, by SkateTampa.com. This Site may also include materials owned by third parties and posted on the Site by virtue of a license, grant, or some other form of agreement between the third party and SkateTampa.com.

In consideration of using information listed on this website, you hereby waive and release from any and all claims you may have against the Owners of this Website and the Tampa Bay Road Rollers its officers, directors, employees, event cosponsors, their representatives, and other unnamed from any liability due to illness or injury suffered by yourself in conjunction with any event posted. You authorize skatetampa.com to use its judgment to have yourself or your dependents transported to a medical facility. You understand participating in any event is a potentially hazardous activity. You should not register or participate unless you are medically able and properly trained. You agree to abide by any decision relative to your ability to safely participate. You assume all risks associated with participating in any skate listed on this website, including, but not limited to falls, contact with other participants, the effects of weather, including high heat and humidity, traffic, conditions of the roads or trail, all such risks being known and appreciated by the skate club. Having read this waiver and knowing the facts and in consideration of accepting this agreement, hereby for yourself and anyone entitled to act on your behalf waive and release skatetampa.com and the Inline Skate Club The Tampa Bay Road Rollers, its officers, directors, employees, event cosponsors, their representatives, and other unnamed from all claims and liabilities arising from your participation in any event posted.
Bulletin Boards and Chat Rooms
You are welcome to post, transmit or submit messages and other materials (which include uploading files, inputting data or any other materials or engaging in any form of communication in connection with this Site) (collectively "Messages") to bulletin boards, chat rooms or other public areas within, or in connection with, this Site (collectively "Forums").
